Service Description

You will receive an oracle card reading, cacao or blue lotus tea ceremony, guided visualisation meditation with sound and aroma therapy. We will do easy yin yoga stretches, I will cleanse your energy with sage and mental/confidence coaching. You will also receive an essential oil for aroma therapy at home. You will feel relaxed, mentally calm and uplifted.
