Refund Policy

At The Rising Feminine, we value the time and commitment of both our clients and our facilitators. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have established the following refund and cancellation guidelines:
 

Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session will be refunded 50% of the fee.

• No refunds will be issued for missed or unattended sessions without prior notice. These meetings can only be rescheduled.
   

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 2-3 working days.

• Please note that transaction or processing fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable.
   

Special Considerations

• If The Rising Feminine must cancel a session, you will receive, upon your request, a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

• If you experience extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical emergency), please contact us directly. Refunds or credits in such cases may be granted at our discretion.
