Walking meditation

During a walking meditation we deliberately walk very slowly and in silence. You pay close attention to your breath, your surroundings and your senses. Instead of rushing, you move with awareness. We end the meditation seated at a nice viewing spot with a journal and pen in our hands

Why do a walking meditation?

  • Reduces stress and anxiety;

  • Supports better sleep and boosts mood.

Cacao

Why Cacao? Because it’s wao!

  • Cacao opens the heart and allows for a deeper connection with the self, but also with others.

  • Cacao allows for clarity, creativity and insight.

  • Cacao ensures a deep connection to mother nature, allowing you to feel more grounded.

  • Cacao ontains compounds (such as theobromine) that stimulate blood flow and oxygen supply to the brain and the heart, which allows for the opening of the heart and feeling that connection.
