Welcome to The Rising Feminine. By booking or participating in any of our services, including oracle card readings, meditation, cacao and blue lotus ceremonies, yin yoga, mother-daughter connection, spiritual child and human design sessions, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

• Our offerings are designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, and spiritual well-being.

• They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
   

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to participate in our services, unless accompanied by or with written consent from a parent/guardian.

• By booking, you confirm that you are voluntarily participating and responsible for your own choices and well-being.
   

3. Payments & Bookings

• All sessions must be booked in advance through our approved booking system: cal.com

• Payments are required in full prior to the booking (an invoice will be sent to your email).

• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.
   

4. Cancellations, Reschedules & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session will be refunded 50% of the fee.

• No refunds will be issued for missed or unattended sessions without prior notice. These meetings can only be rescheduled.
   

5. Participant Responsibility

• You are responsible for your own health and safety during participation. Please consult your healthcare provider before engaging in practices such as cacao or blue lotus ceremonies, yoga, or meditation if you have any medical conditions.

• By participating, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for any risks involved.
   

6. Confidentiality

• All personal information shared in sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
   

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, and resources provided by The Rising Feminine (including written materials, recordings, and program structures) are the intellectual property of The Rising Feminine and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.
   

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Rising Feminine is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from participation in our services.

• By engaging with our offerings, you release The Rising Feminine from any liability connected to your use of the services.
   

9. Amendments

• We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
   

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.
