I am Philippa (Pippa) Slot: The Rising Feminine. My goal is to create space where women can heal, reach clarity, feel empowered, be fully themselves, calm and live the life they aspire - without fear. Your nervous system will get the reset it needs and you will come back stronger. More present, more aware of your own needs and boundaries, and the ability to recover from the fight-flight-freeze-fawn patterns that have been holding you back.
Most of my life I was living in a fight-flight-freeze-fawn response. It did not allow me to become my own person, make my own decisions, and thrive. I was constantly living in fear, anxiety taking over and ending up with a POTS diagnoses. I had two burn-outs before my 30th, and after that I was absolutely done living this way. It was time to focus on myself, and understand what my body was trying to tell me all these years. I know many other women struggle with anxiety, stress, IBS or other auto-immune illnesses, heavy mood swings, making decisions, waking up tired and constantly stuck in 'go-mode'.
