Loss during pregnancy
A loss during pregnancy is a very impactful experience, which we often downplay as if it's 'nothing'. When in reality, both physically and emotionally, it's a deep grief that we go through. So yes, you are allowed to feel pain, you are allowed to cry, you are allowed to grieve.
I am a vanishing twin. My brother, Daan, passed away during pregnancy, and has shaped the way I understand loss, connection and self-trust. I have experienced a lot of loss in my life, including three beautiful spirit babies.
I have also noticed how difficult it can be to share this with your family, friends and work. I feel there's a taboo regarding miscarriages and speaking of it. I feel that women don't talk about it because there's little to no support and compassion. That's where I come in.

Maybe you recognize these:
"At least you know it works!"
"Oh, but you should just keep trying, I'm sure one will stay."
"97% of pregnancies end up in miscarriages, so it's normal."
"I didn't expect you to have another miscarriage."
"Are you planning on getting pregnant any time soon?"
And many more invalidating comments you may hear during your time of grief, however well they are meant.
Guidance by Pippa
Session 1
In this first session we will combine systemic and intuitive guidance to understand your grief.
Session 2
During this session we will be doing two different activities that allow you to move around the room. Not dancing, no yoga, no pilates, but standing in and claiming your space.
Session 3
This session we will get creative. Creating something tangible that represents your loss. Your grief.
Session 4
During this last session we use intuitive guidance, ending with a beautiful activity that gives you your strength and trust back.
Why work with me?
Not only am I a certified miscarriage and abortion coach, but I have lost my three children during my three pregnancies. I have a condition that makes it impossible for a pregnancy to grow to term. And that is okay.
I have learned to carry that grief with me, not to heal from it or leave it behind, but to give it a place within myself where it doesn't have to hurt any less to still be lived alongside.
That is exactly what I want to help you do too. I am here to guide you to understand your grief, to carry your loss with you in a way that feels beautiful and caring, for yourself, and for the children you lost. Together, we make room for your grief to exist, so it can give you the strength to trust yourself again and keep living your life alongside it.
