At The Rising Feminine, I combine conversation, restorative yoga, breathwork, pilates, walking, guided meditations, energy readings with oracle cards, and Reiki to hold space for your healing journey.
My intention is simple: to ensure women claim their place for who they are, without having to say 'sorry' for it. To achieve this I will guide you towards healing your nervous system, and you will become your confident, true-self again with self-trust and clear intuition.

I am Philippa (Pippa) Slot: The Rising Feminine. My goal is to create space where women can heal, reach clarity, feel empowered, be fully themselves, confident, have self-trust and live the life they aspire - without fear or having to apologize for it. Your nervous system will get the reset it needs and you will come back stronger. More present, more aware of your own needs and boundaries, and the ability to recover from the fight-flight patterns that have been holding you back.
Most of my life I was living in a fight-flight response. It did not allow me to become my own person, make my own decisions, and thrive. I was constantly living in fear, anxiety taking over and ending up with a POTS diagnoses. I had two burn-outs before my 30th, and after that I was absolutely done living this way. It was time to focus on myself, and understand what my body was trying to tell me all these years. I know many other women struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, burn-out, IBS or other auto-immune illnesses, heavy mood swings, making decisions, waking up tired and constantly stuck in 'go-mode'.
