Thank you for visiting my website. Coming here already means you're taking a step towards understanding, growth, and a life that feels aligned with who you truly are.
I am Pippa Slot. My work is dedicated to supporting women when they are feeling lost, such as after losing a loved one, pregnancy loss, abortion, an unfulfilled wish to become a mother, uncertainty of their (career) path, to reconnect with themselves, and rebuild self-trust to carry newfound strength.
These experiences change us: how we see ourselves, our bodies, our future. My own journey has been shaped by loss (I am a vanishing twin, I've moved around a lot and I've had three miscarriages), and by moments of feeling disconnected from who I was. I know what it means to search for answers and question yourself.
Through that experience, I learned the importance of listening inward, following my energy and where it wants to go. Not leaving the grief behind, but by learning to carry it, being okay with 'off' days, and find strength in it. This is what I now bring into my work with other women, and I'm extremely grateful for this work.
You don't have to become who you were before. You can come home to who you are now, carrying your story with you.
